attentive staff ideal location fresh food numerous discounts
I found the staff attentive. They provided complimentary wine and coffee. the location was ideal. I easily walked to many attractions. breakfast offered a large selection with fresh food, topped up frequently. the prague pass i received offered numerous discounts.
the elevator was a little slow, but i only used the stairs for my floor

the room was spacious and comfortable with effective soundproofing from interior noise. i found the bed quite comfortable and the water pressure in the shower consistently excellent. daily cleaning ensured the room remained super clean .

a beautiful outside courtyard provided a quiet space. i noted the availability of an elevator improving accessibility to upper floors. the hotel offered complimentary coffee and champagne enhancing the experience. luggage storage was also provided, which i found very convenient.

the hotel is near multiple squares and the river (it's great for walks). i saw that charles bridge is a short walk, providing easy access to iconic views. i found that public transport connections are easily accessible, too.

fantastic hotel experience
helpful staff complimentary water great garden
the staff were helpful (especially kate and eugen) with directions and questions. i received complimentary water bottles when leaving for the day. i was given helpful recommendations from the reception staff about attractions. i found the garden sit out to be great.
The hotel lacked air conditioning. I had to keep the windows open, which let in a lot of noise at night.

Excellent stay near everything
welcome gifts panorama view
I appreciated the welcome gifts at check-in. The bottle of wine was a treat. I also received vouchers for coffee and a panorama view, SO nice. The staff was always helpful and cute, ESPECIALLY Artem. The location allowed easy walking to main attractions.
The sound insulation was minimal. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

Breakfast offered a large selection of options. There was fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, and yogurts available daily, so many choices. I also noticed that prosecco was served at breakfast during the weekend.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is in the heart of everything. It is just minutes on foot from the city center, the Clock Square, the Vaclav Boulevard, shopping centers and the Charles Bridge. Public transportation is also readily accessible.

helpful staff lovely touch red wine
the staff were very kind and helpful. dana at reception was especially attentive. the complimentary bottle of red wine and cookies in the room was a lovely touch.
the minibar heated up so much that i had to keep it switched off.

small room radiator noise
the staff was always ready to help with a smile, acceptable.
I was quite disappointed by the small room. there wasn't a lot of space to move around (it felt a bit cramped). also, the radiators made horrible noises at night when the heating came on. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep well.
